The founder and CEO of IRS Tax Fighters is Dianne Omokaro. She is a CPA and Tax Resolution Specialist. She has been a licensed CPA since 1996. Dianne’s experience includes personally representing hundreds of people  and businesses before the IRS, and supervising and training nine attorneys in tax resolution.

Dianne started IRS Tax Fighters because she saw how IRS tax debt was causing immense stress for people. The debt was creating strain in their relationships and was causing really good businesses to fail. Over the years, she has helped many people and businesses save large amounts of money in IRS debt and has helped them to not only survive, but to thrive.
Away from work, Dianne is very involved in her church and local community. She has served as a volunteer coordinator, overnight host, and dinner host since 2009 for a local chapter of Family Promise https://familypromise.org/. This organization works with families who become homeless. Dianne has dedicated time to this organization because she believes every child deserves a home.
She has also served as a vestry (board) member and youth Bible study teacher at church.

Dianne is a graduate of the The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.
